The Left is Still In Denial Why They Lost Presidency As They Double Down on Rhetoric

The Democrats have lost about 1200 political positions across the country in the last 6 years, with Republicans running primarily on the repeal of ObamaCare. With it's one size fits all, high premiums and even higher out of pocket prepays (averaging $4,000 to $6000 a year), ObamaCare meant most Americans are being forced to buy healthcare that only kicks in after some catastrophic episode;  IOW no different than not having healthcare, but having to pay for it nonetheless.

The Democrats lost if for no other reason they have lost touch with working Americans as they they have ruled against the will of the people. The Democrats also continues to encourages the reactionary alt-left to shout down anyone that disagrees, which has devolved into a violent opposition to countries Democratic principles and a war on free speech.

The Democrats have pushed for open borders and are demonizing the arrest of criminal illegal aliens. They support Black Lives Matter (an openly racist and terrorist organization), who openly push violence against the police, while they defend captured vicious criminals if they are black. The left refuses to even speak the word(s) "Muslim terrorists"or "Radical Islam". When it comes to Islam they seem to have lost all sense of sanity. They are forever apologetic for Islam, who's laws subjugate women to the level of property and arrest women if they report they have been raped (rape is also dolled out as a punishment). They ignore religious freedoms, when they push homosexuality and abortion on Christianity and Islam. Obama turned his back on Israel (actually sending operatives to Israel to campaign against Netanyahu) while he has ignored the atrocities and buddied up with Muslim terrorists countries, including Hamas who has just announced a collaboration with ISIS. Then Obama tries to bully schools into letting boys use the girls bathroom. All this while they campaign against the American voter calling them Deplorables; and of course racists. The point being the Democrats lost because they have drifted so far from the main stream, while Trump won because he said this idiocy and given a chance, he will make America great again.

The Fallacy of Comparing Donald Trump to Hitler

Anyone that uses Hitler and the NAZIs as an example of a partisan demonetization is beyond ignorant, and has obviously done no independent research (read a book!). One fact is the German people were unbelievably oppressed by the The Treaty of Versailles. The Germans also preferred a strong centralized government and viewed Democracy as weak form of government, preferring a reactionary government that can quickly respond to problems without the need for a consensuses. The US was founded on the US Constitution, which is the rule of law; the American people know no other, nor will they accept any other form of government. No one person, no matter how popular, can place themselves before the law, without eventual consequences and their ouster (the structure of the Constitution was specifically designed not to allow any absolute dictator, group of people, or king from taking over). The left is rioting and resulting in the destruction of property, injury and even deaths. Yet you are concerned about Trump? If one opens their eyes and see which party has been pushing the boundaries of more governmental control against the will of the people. WE have a President that touted pushing "collective solutions", which by definition rob the citizenry of indivual rights.  One thing that has not considered or discussed is the US is a representative republic with numerous safeguards including the separation of powers, that guarantee no one branch, primarily the Executive branch can overstep their authority. Even Obama, who continually pushed past his authority as President was held back by the Judicial Branch. Many of the people that voted for Trump were outraged becasue the rule of law (the strongest pillar of our representative republic), was being subordinated by the Obama Administration and his DOJ. It should be interesting to note that Obama promised not to try and legislate via executive actions and then we went and used them liberally to bypass congress. There is also the false belief that Democrats somehow are the savior of black America, when nothing could be further than the truth. Let's not forget that Southern Democrats, continued to resist seeing the freed slaves as equal human beings (something the Republicans championed long before the civil war), well into the 1960s, and then not until the Democrats abandoned the south, claiming a new found morality by championing the civil rights legislation they had blocked for decades. The end result is blacks are now trapped in government run plantations, run by Democrats. These Democrat segregated cities have high murder rates (if a black male between 15 and 35 dies, there is a 48% probability it was the result of being murdered, being the primary cause of death in this age group), low wages, high unemployment, high crime (which leads to higher incarceration of blacks), poor education; but the worst is almost total dependence on government handouts, which is the result of welfare system. This Democrat experiment in social engineering destroyed the black family structure as it paid more money to families  without  a father/husband living at home . The demands and cries for help, to be delivered from these hell holes fall on Democrats deaf ears, except when they need their voting block every two years. Finally, any discussion of NAZI tatics would not be complete without the Brown Shirts (The Sturmabteilung or SA). Their purpose was to respond to neighborhoods and squash and rersistance to the NAZI movement, using violence and terror. If one looks at the US today, one sees, not the right, but the left is perpetrating violence and terror. There is video evidence that members of the Democrat party would pay homeless and/or mentally ill people to try and disrupt Trump rallies. Then you have convincing evidence that an admitted NAZI sympathizer, George Soros is paying bus loads of primarily black agitators to again disrupt Trump rallies. And since Trump won the election, Soros has continues to bus these agitators to various cities resulting in violent demonstrations that have resulted in injuries and deaths. Of course none of these agitators even remotely resemble the violence and inhumanity of the NAZI's, but much like the Communist Party of the 1950s, the Democrat party has now become an exclusive club that demands strict adherence to an agenda; an agenda that has the purpose of denigrating indivual rights with the promise of central control from an elite and forced equality, paid for by the working middle class, which, it turns out was the end game of ObamaCare.

Enough with President Obama's Lies

The Presidents lying started with, "If you want your Doctor you can keep your doctor and if you like your plan you can keep your plan" (and it will save families $2400 @year but now costs an average of $2400@ year more); then it was 20 years in Jeremiah Wright's church and he never heard anything racial or anti-American. He was going to end partisan politics; he said the current gun laws are enough, but has since argued for more restrictive laws including reinstatement of the federal assault weapons ban that by his own words is only symbolic; do we really need an attack on the second amendment taken solely in the name of symbolism? Obama said he believed in the sanctity of a one woman one man marriage and now pushes for anything but. Obama pledged not to hire lobbyists and pledged to participate in the public financing system, then opted out and spent more money than has ever been spent on a single candidate. The President chastised prior Presidents for military action taken without the consent of Congress, yet has never asked Congress for consent in an ongoing series of military campaigns. There is also the fact that President Obama castigated Republicans, who he says have policies that enriches the top 1% - 10%, which causes wealth disparity (aka wealth inequality). Yet for 6 years he has done nothing to stop the Federal Reserve from loaning  money at 0%, which is they key reason the rich are pouring money into the stock market that continues it's upward spike causing greater wealth in equality , while the middle class is still dealing with the loss of 10 years of equity as a result of the 2008 sub prime bank melt down.

Obama and the White House swore to the American people that attack on Bengazi was because of a video and that we had al Qaeda on the run. The President has been heard to say Syria is a breading ground for al Qaeda, yet the Syrian rebels fighting the Assad regime are mostly al Qaeda (claiming a connection between Syria and al Qaeda is exactly the same as the claiming a connection between al Qaeda and Iraq, both are a dishonest pretext for war). The US armed these Syrian rebels with arms captured in Libya. Al Qaeda has now regrouped under the name of ISIS/ISIL and with weapons and training given to them by the US and other NATO members, and now they have invaded Iraq. Now we hear Obama say his Director of National Intelligence James Clapper gave him bad intelligence on ISIS/ISIL (of course this is the same person that said the Muslim Brotherhood was non-secular and lied to congress about the NSA with the "least untruthful" lie he could think of), so like Jeremiah Wright, Clapper gets thrown under the bus (and there are so many more!).

Hopefully the American people will realize in the next election that all these lies and violations of the Constitution would not have been possible without a co-dependent Democratic Senate. This may be the case as Nancy Pelosi seems to only come out to declare the end of the Republican party, when she fears the Democrats may be routed..

The Democrats Problem with Obama's New Deal

What is  becoming more and more difficult is the Democrat left differentiating Obama's policies and Bush (43's) legacy. There is practically no Bush policy that candidate Obama ran against, that he has not now embraced (with the exception of an official policy allowing toture).  The liberal bloggers that blame conservatives for the concentration of wealth, and the middle class losing ground seem to have forgotten that it is now year 5 of President Obama's policies. Even the liberal Mother Jones has to question what happened to the Obama promises From Guantanamo to Limitless War, Obama's Failure to Live Up to His Own Five Commandments

Below is a portion of a post from a liberal blogger (WS) that is almost comical in it's hubris that they are not describing their own President.
(WS)  Modern conservatives have much in common with Fascism, they are for a strong military police type state where everyone is monitored and controlled as well as concentrating power and wealth at the top. Republicans championed the Patriot Act and are responsible for reducing many of Americans personal freedoms. Income disparity is a direct result of conservatives deregulating the financial markets and weakening unions.*

As far as fascism, very few understood what candidate Obama meant when he called for a “civilian national security force being just as powerful, just as strong, just as well-funded as the U.S. military"; we now know it was his intention to expand Homeland Security as a federal police force. While Bush may have championed the Patriot act, the vote in 2001 and the subsequent reauthorizations under President Obama; the Patriot Improvement and Reauthorization Act of 2005 and the Patriot Sunsets Extension Act of 2011 all received bipartisan approval with a majority of both parties. Then you have President Obama signing the NDAA law with its provision allowing him to indefinitely detain citizens and self derived power allowing his killing of an American citizen overseas, who are deemed terrorist without due process along with non-American citizens (he says has a list where he personally gives a gladiatorial contest thumbs down when the drone has the victim in it's sight ; and now the lawyer that wrote the law brief saying it is legal to kill American citizen terrorists has been nominated by Obama to a federal appellate court. You may remember how Obama castigated Bush and the Iraq war for invading a country and overthrowing it's leadership when the country did not constitute a national security threat, yet now Obama has been part and parcel of the overthrow of Libya, Egypt and the attempted overthrow of Syria; all three not approaching anything close to a national security threat and are now more unstable and dangerous than before.

*(continued) Make no mistake about it as discontent grows there will be a correction just as there was after the great depression which ushered in several decades of progressive power including the New Deal policies that benefit working people to this day.

Is this really the correction the Democrats are championing? Do you really think that President Obama is offering the American people anything that reeks of a new Deal? FDR put people to work, Obama has lowered unemployment by discouraged workers dropping out of  the labor force; FDR built and re-build the national infrastructure; the Obama Stimulus couldn't find any shovel ready jobs (which Obama later admitted never existed to begin with). And while the President wants universal healthcare, all that has happened is millions of cancelled heathcare policies and new policies that have less coverage and are more expensive. And then there is promise about keeping your  health-plan and /or doctor if you like both or either;  funny, I don't remember FDR lying to the American people when he was championing the New Deal.

Finally You Can Live in Poverty If You Want!

If one remembers way back in 2008, candidate Obama said the need  for ObamaCare, was to insure 30 million uninsured? Well the CBO (Congressional Budget Office) has released a new study Obamacare and jobs: CBO adds fuel to fire which lists, amongst other problems, that by 2016 there will still be 30 million people uninsured. Further,when it was predicted that businesses will have to start cutting the hours of full time employees because of the increased cost of ObamaCare, the President scoffed. Well the CBO now says  this will occur (2 million full-time jobs lost by 2016), but the driving force will be the employees choice, not the employer. The logic is ObamaCare is so expensive, that employees will not want to make too much money and lose their ObamaCare subsidies (I'm not kidding), so they will request their hours be cut back; in other words, this "choice" aspect of ObamaCare allows an employee to decide if they want to live in poverty with subsidized healthcare and food stamps, or have a confining and passe full time job that leaves little time to really enjoy life.

The Democrat spin machine, in a last gasp attempt to save themselves from hugh losses this year in the 2014 mid-terms (Don't kid yourself, this CBO report was a bombshell exploding over the Democrats), has come out with an amazing prospective; that being that having to have a job is bad. The Democrats are now telling use that the need to make a living should be a decision made by the worker, not economic necessity; one political cartoon actually compared ObamaCare to the Emancipation Proclamation (in other words having a job is slavery).


 

The end result will no doubt  (assuming the unlikely event that a sizable number will buy into the belief that work is slavery) create another underclass and like everything else in ObamaCare, the devil will be in the details. Yes, your healthcare is now portable, but if you are trying to support a family, it is still highly unlikely that most will be unable to afford the level of healthcare that was available from their previous employer; even with government subsides. The reason is ObamaCare, only has price controls for the worker, but not the family the worker is supporting; and traditionally employment does offer cheaper plans that have more choices in healthcare plans than individual plans. Since, for the vast majority of Americans, unemployment means they are no longer bringing money into the household, it will create complete dependence on government. This in turn means the unemployed will be cycled, not into a subsidized ObamaCare plan, but into a state Medicaid programs, which have been bolstered by ObamaCare funds for this very reason. The member will then have to deal with the Medicaid system, which is notoriously difficult to negotiate and restrictive as to the care it will provide; and unlike private healthcare there will be no government watch dog to turn to is cases of inadequate care, since it is run by the government run. Also Medicaid programs do not allow members to have any significant liquid assets, and the state has been empowered to pursue compensation for the cost of the members Medicaid services, when person dies (unlike Medicare which is an entitlement); since a house is not a liquid asset,  a person is  able to retain ownership, but it will be fair game after the member does.

In many of Pope Francis addresses, he has speaks about employment being a fundamental need and right;  "I wish to extend an invitation to everyone to greater solidarity and to encourage those in public office to spare no effort to give new impetus to employment," he said. "This means caring for the dignity of the person." What Pope Francis is bringing to the surface is the hard wired need in every person to have meaningful work in order to maintain their dignity. It therefore is really doubtful the Democrats will ever be able to sell the idea that the loss of jobs because of ObamaCare will be a discretionary by an underclass that would prefer to not work, but be dependent on government instead. The reality of course is completely different. While the loss of jobs due to ObamaCare will in some cases be discretionary, the reason will not be because the employee has decided to enjoy the benefits of the unemployed (something President Obama has been pushing, to try and mitigate his high unemployment numbers), but because they will not be able afford ObamaCare without the government assistance (subsidies), which will disappear if the employee makes too much money.  

If you listen to the main street media, Democrats and President Obama may not know that most Americans are primarily concerned about the economy and employment (not gun control or immigration), so it does not make sense that President Obama and the Democrats continuously push to subsidize unemployment (it was been universally accepted that the majority of the citizenry does not want charity, they want jobs). But since the welfare state is unable to create private employment, the only tool in their belt is government assistance and dependency; even when it has to be forced onto the citizenry
