The Democrat controlled media, continue to take it upon themselves to ambush Republicans with pointless hypothetical questions, which are designed to create a completely false narrative.  Just like Romney, Trump was confronted with a hypothetical situation about an imaginary country with laws similar to the US, where abortion was illegal. Trump's response was if something is illegal, then there is a punishment for breaking the law. To Trump it was a law and order question that had nothing to do with women's rights and/or abortion. In other words, don't do the crime if you can't do the time. The left then sprung it's trap accusing Trump of wanting to make abortion illegal. What? He was in no way advocating the abortion be made illegal, but that didn't matter to the shameless press and their war on reality; anything to defeat an opponent; ethics be damned. And even today the left still pushes this BS as news.

This was the same as Romney being asked the question, “Governor Romney, do you believe that states have the right to ban contraception? Or is that trumped by a constitutional right to privacy?” Thinking this was a Constitutional question he tried to answer it, eventually saying it was an "unusual topic" and he really didn't know the answer. What Romney didn't know was he was being set up by George Stephanopoulos. The result of this exchange had the liberal press screaming that Romney wanted a law to forbid contraception. It was a total made up story with no facts to support such bizarre accusation, but the Democrat media wanted their Republican's war on women, so they pushed the premeditated lie becasue they wanted to delegitimize Obama's opponent.

So no, there is no Republican war on women, it's just the Democrat war on reality. The first time with Romney it worked, but it didn't work this with Trump. And the left is going guano crazy trying to figure out how they could have failed.

After a through investigation, the FBI has said they found no collusion between Trump and/or his minions with any suspected crimes by Russia.

No, there is so far no evidence that Trump has done anything illegal, nor members of his Administration. In the Flynn case, the FBI has reported Flynn violated no crime, period. Again this is a manufactured crisis that will again go nowhere, BTW, if Russia is so much of an adversary, why did the President tell their ambassador that he will have more flexibility to work with Putin after his re-election or why would HRC sell them all those US uranium rights? It's all just more liberal BS..

No, these entities  have long sense abrogated their Constitutional roles and are now ultra partisan and tied to an anti Constitutional agenda. On what planet does the President have no freedom of speech against the press or Supreme court  A cursory look at history shows an ongoing battle between the Presidency and the press and supreme court. Further criticism of the Supreme Court such as the Southern Democrat majority Supreme Court,  Dred Scott decision (1857), collated the abolitionist movement leading to freeing the slaves. Further, the Democrat run media is no longer the harbinger of our Democracy having abused it's position as seen by our Founding Fathers, rather the press is simply the propaganda wing for the Democrat Party (ie The Department of Enlightenment and Propaganda).

What is really un-Ameican is pushing the belief that somehow criticizing the press or judge decisions is somehow un-Constitutional, undermining or stifling the freedom of the press. Perhaps you have an example of Trump censoring the press in any way, beyond simply saying if the press mis-reports something about him he is going to speak up about it; and if a particular member or organization of the press is continually falsely reporting the news, he may not call on them during a press conference, something Presidents have done for decades (remember the battle between Obama and Fox news?). Further, the only entity that can undermine the press, is the press itself. As an example, when the press is openly in favor of one political party over another and OOO in continually demonizing and  delegitimizing one party candidate over another, the press will have successfully undermined itself, by the act of self- censoring to conceal the abuses of one party over another; this is what happens in nondemocratic countries, except in America is is not being forced, but truly self initiated and delegitimizing itself to the American people. 

The President and the Supreme Court have always had a confrontational relationship, which is by designed when you have a separation of powers. A good example was FDR, who was in constant battle with the Supreme Court. After the Supreme Court shut down many of his programs, "He asked Congress to empower him to appoint an additional justice for any member of the court over age 70 who did not retire. He sought to name as many as six additional Supreme Court justices, as well as up to 44 judges to the lower federal courts" so he could pack the judicatory in his favor. There was also President Obama who took the opportunity during one of his State of the Union Addresses, to criticize the Supreme Court on their recent Citizens United decision; whether you agree with the decision or not, using his State of the Union Address with it's captive audiences including the Supreme Court seek directly in from the of the President, left no question as to his disdain for the ruling.

In this list there is not one point where Trump is blaming anyone for a failure on his part at all; nothing. Most are simply cases of a civil nature and others are areas of contention that Trump is vocal about. Trump may blame some on the list for causing major problems in this country, and enough voters agreed with him make him President. While you may disagree with these contentions, Trump has not even been in office long enough for any of his policies to have failed, let alone any blame laying that might occur.

You have pretty much defined why Trump is President and why HRC is not. All the left does is try and drum up these manufactured crisis, and then regardless of the real story, they repeated the stories of suspected wrong doing and possible criminal activity, but never anything substantial that anything of note has actually occurred. The Left is Still In Denial Why They Lost Presidency As They Double Down on Rhetoric

The Democrats have lost about 1200 political positions across the country in the last 6 years, with Republicans running primarily on the repeal of ObamaCare. With it's one size fits all, high premiums and even higher out of pocket prepays (averaging $4,000 to $6000 a year), ObamaCare meant most Americans are being forced to buy healthcare that only kicks in after some catastrophic episode;  IOW no different than not having healthcare, but having to pay for it nonetheless.

The Democrats lost if for no other reason they have lost touch with working Americans as they they have ruled against the will of the people. The Democrats also continues to encourages the reactionary alt-left to shout down anyone that disagrees, which has devolved into a violent opposition to countries Democratic principles and a war on free speech.

The Democrats have pushed for open borders and are demonizing the arrest of criminal illegal aliens. They support Black Lives Matter (an openly racist and terrorist organization), who openly push violence against the police, while they defend captured vicious criminals if they are black. The left refuses to even speak the word(s) "Muslim terrorists"or "Radical Islam". When it comes to Islam they seem to have lost all sense of sanity. They are forever apologetic for Islam, who's laws subjugate women to the level of property and arrest women if they report they have been raped (rape is also dolled out as a punishment). They ignore religious freedoms, when they push homosexuality and abortion on Christianity and Islam. Obama turned his back on Israel (actually sending operatives to Israel to campaign against Netanyahu) while he has ignored the atrocities and buddied up with Muslim terrorists countries, including Hamas who has just announced a collaboration with ISIS. Then Obama tries to bully schools into letting boys use the girls bathroom. All this while they campaign against the American voter calling them Deplorables; and of course racists. The point being the Democrats lost because they have drifted so far from the main stream, while Trump won because he said this idiocy and given a chance, he will make America great again.

Jeff Sessions Victory After Being Railroaded 30 Years Ago

The Coretta King letter read by Elisabeth Warren was just another delegitimizing attempt by the left, that has no basis whatsoever. For those that don't know, the incident that prompted the anti-(Jeff) Sessions, Coretta King letter centered around allegations of voter fraud in 1984 in Perry County, Alabama. "Perry County has long been plagued by accusations of voter fraud in local elections. As former Alabama Democratic congressman Artur Davis said, “The most aggressive contemporary voter suppression in the African American community” that he saw in Alabama was “the wholesale manufacture of ballots, at the polls and absentee, in parts of the Black Belt.” What the left fails to explain that both the suspects and victim's were black. Yes black candidates complained of voter irregularities having to do with absentee ballots that was being perpetrated by other black candidates. The Loretta King letter was anger against Sessions for doing any investigations on black politicians, as (she said) there are white politicians doing the same thing. Further this was by no means some crusade by Jeff Sessions,"Von Phillips, a black legal assistant in the Perry County district attorney’s office, later testified, his office received numerous complaints during the 1984 election cycle. Black voters and incumbent black officials reported that voters were receiving absentee ballots they had never requested." A result of the investigation led to a County Grand Jury indictment, not filed by the Federal DOJ (Sessions), but the Perry County DA. "On April 20, 1983, a local county grand jury (with a majority of black members and a black foreperson) issued a report concerning problems in the balloting process that targeted the “aged, infirmed, or disabled.” The grand jury called for the “vigorous prosecution of all violations of the voting laws” and requested “the presence and assistance of an outside agency, preferably federal, to monitor our elections and to ensure fairness and impartiality for all."

In the resulting trail the black jury failed to convict (not unusual at the time),"this was a prosecution intended to preserve and protect the right to vote, something to which he dedicated his entire professional career. Anyone who claims this was a racist prosecution by Jeff Sessions is,a liar and a political opportunist of the worst kind".

What seems most likely, besides trying to delay confirming of all of Trumps cabinet positions, is that unlike Loretta Lynch and Eric Holder, Sessions would apply the law equally, even if the law beaker is black; something the Obama DOJ refused to do.

The Fallacy of Comparing Donald Trump to Hitler

Anyone that uses Hitler and the NAZIs as an example of a partisan demonetization is beyond ignorant, and has obviously done no independent research (read a book!). One fact is the German people were unbelievably oppressed by the The Treaty of Versailles. The Germans also preferred a strong centralized government and viewed Democracy as weak form of government, preferring a reactionary government that can quickly respond to problems without the need for a consensuses. The US was founded on the US Constitution, which is the rule of law; the American people know no other, nor will they accept any other form of government. No one person, no matter how popular, can place themselves before the law, without eventual consequences and their ouster (the structure of the Constitution was specifically designed not to allow any absolute dictator, group of people, or king from taking over). The left is rioting and resulting in the destruction of property, injury and even deaths. Yet you are concerned about Trump? If one opens their eyes and see which party has been pushing the boundaries of more governmental control against the will of the people. WE have a President that touted pushing "collective solutions", which by definition rob the citizenry of indivual rights.  One thing that has not considered or discussed is the US is a representative republic with numerous safeguards including the separation of powers, that guarantee no one branch, primarily the Executive branch can overstep their authority. Even Obama, who continually pushed past his authority as President was held back by the Judicial Branch. Many of the people that voted for Trump were outraged becasue the rule of law (the strongest pillar of our representative republic), was being subordinated by the Obama Administration and his DOJ. It should be interesting to note that Obama promised not to try and legislate via executive actions and then we went and used them liberally to bypass congress. There is also the false belief that Democrats somehow are the savior of black America, when nothing could be further than the truth. Let's not forget that Southern Democrats, continued to resist seeing the freed slaves as equal human beings (something the Republicans championed long before the civil war), well into the 1960s, and then not until the Democrats abandoned the south, claiming a new found morality by championing the civil rights legislation they had blocked for decades. The end result is blacks are now trapped in government run plantations, run by Democrats. These Democrat segregated cities have high murder rates (if a black male between 15 and 35 dies, there is a 48% probability it was the result of being murdered, being the primary cause of death in this age group), low wages, high unemployment, high crime (which leads to higher incarceration of blacks), poor education; but the worst is almost total dependence on government handouts, which is the result of welfare system. This Democrat experiment in social engineering destroyed the black family structure as it paid more money to families  without  a father/husband living at home . The demands and cries for help, to be delivered from these hell holes fall on Democrats deaf ears, except when they need their voting block every two years. Finally, any discussion of NAZI tatics would not be complete without the Brown Shirts (The Sturmabteilung or SA). Their purpose was to respond to neighborhoods and squash and rersistance to the NAZI movement, using violence and terror. If one looks at the US today, one sees, not the right, but the left is perpetrating violence and terror. There is video evidence that members of the Democrat party would pay homeless and/or mentally ill people to try and disrupt Trump rallies. Then you have convincing evidence that an admitted NAZI sympathizer, George Soros is paying bus loads of primarily black agitators to again disrupt Trump rallies. And since Trump won the election, Soros has continues to bus these agitators to various cities resulting in violent demonstrations that have resulted in injuries and deaths. Of course none of these agitators even remotely resemble the violence and inhumanity of the NAZI's, but much like the Communist Party of the 1950s, the Democrat party has now become an exclusive club that demands strict adherence to an agenda; an agenda that has the purpose of denigrating indivual rights with the promise of central control from an elite and forced equality, paid for by the working middle class, which, it turns out was the end game of ObamaCare.

 The first;  A revelation from the current election campaign has been generally overlooked. For a democracy to succeed, its citizens have to be well educated, and in particular develop the ability of critical thinking, distinguishing facts from fiction. The fact that millions of our citizens can be deceived by a presidential candidate who is a con artist underscores the failure of our educational system.

The definition of a conman is someone that promises one thing and delivers either something else, something inferior or nothing. Considering Obama failed to follow through with any of his campaign promises and knowingly lied to the American People about his now failing government control of medical care in the US, Obama is certainly one of the biggest conman that has ever been. With Hillary being a congenital liar and ready to continue the Obama juggernaut, in she wins the presidency we will be replacing a conman for a con-woman. While Trump has tweeted some questionable facts, if he did not live up to his agreements, he would not have been so successful; this is what happens in the real world. If you are not dependable you will fail. In politics, being undependable to the people is sometimes a prerequisite, where lies are called having misspoke, or as Hillary said when called on not being a victim of sniper fire, "I say a lot of things -- millions of words a day -- so if I misspoke, that was just a misstatement". WHAT? Being undependable is especially important when you are a Democrat promising more than one can ever deliver. With all his faults, Trump is not a politician and actually knows that the people want, rather than the likes of the Democrats telling the people they are too stupid for self government, so the government must ignore the will of the people, as Americans need to be coerced to give up their indivual rights, their culture, their love of country, their borders, their sovereignty and their right to self government, all in the name of globalism, as we bow to world governance. To paraphrase Harry Truman, Trump may be a son of a bit@h, but he's the peoples son of a bit@h, and not part of the political elite that wants to put an end to American exceptionalism.

The second is a liberal ignoring his own progressive embrace fascism, while falsely accusing him of the same, as he also demonizes Trump for his lack of political correctness;  If Trump represents anything it is Fascism, misogyny, sexism, triteness, immaturity and a total lack of knowledge of the problems faced by the citizenry of the US and the effect US policy has on the world. If that is what half of the US voters support then we are like Germany in the early 1930's and will suffer the consequences of our ignorance.

If any politician represents, "fascism, misogyny, sexism, triteness, immaturity and a total lack of knowledge of the problems faced by the citizenry of the US and the effect US policy has on the world", it is the Obama, the Democrats and Hillary Clinton. By all measures Hillary is an elitist, who not only "lack(s) of knowledge of the problems faced by the citizenry of the US", the evidence is she really doesn't care. The world is a much more dangerous place than it was 8 years ago, the result of Obama's incompetence. But his incompetence is a globalist agenda driven, while Hillary's incompetence continues to be driven corruption, with her seemingly unending need for wealth and power. It's interesting to note that Hillary rarely runs on her record as a senator and Sec. Of State, but rather demonizes Trump lack of political correctness, calling out his supposed xenophobia, misogyny, homophobia, and Islamophobia.

Most toss the word "fascism" around without really knowing what it means; it is not Nazism. Fascism is a close relationship between the government and the means of production. Benito Mussolini, considered one of the great socialist writers, saw fascism as a method to give an economic generator to socialism (nationalization of the means of production usually failed to produce national wealth, becasue the government had taken over as was trying to run the means of production ie manufacturing, even though they had no expertise or experience in production. Fascism allows the original non-government entities with expertise to remain running the means of production, but maintains control through regulations). We already see that Hillary has accepted millions from the corporate America, and there is little doubt their "donations" will be returned 10 fold.

Fascism also needs a strike force to respond to those that threaten the government and/or their control of the means of production. Prior to Obama the US did not have a civilian national security force, but now we do with the huge expanse of Homeland Security; "We've got to have a civilian national security force that's just as powerful, just as strong, just as well-funded." - Barack Obama So Obama has laid down the framework with back office deals and numerous regulations, both designed to remove impediments to production while maintaining control of the economy.

The question is not will US voters vote to support an oppressive government, instead the question is will US voters continue to allow the growth of oppression that has been but in overdrive by Obama and will no doubt be continued by Hillary Clinton.

The Democrats and Hillary Clinton are obviously scared. Expect more firestorms based on throw away lines by Trump. Trump was talking about Clinton picking judges that will infringe on the 2nd Amendment (something prohibited). Then he says the 2nd Amendment people (which is really the citizenry of the US) may be able to do something about it.

"A well regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the People to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed." So who exactly are the 2nd Amendment people? I would say they are those that believe the right of the people to bear arms are necessary for a free state.

What Trump said no where near reaches the level of a criminal threat; as a matter of fact, unless you believe that a call for 2nd Amendment advocates to vote against Hillary Clinton is a threat, what Trump said was not a threat at all) Below is the Corpus of CA 422 PC criminal threats.

So here you have CNN trumping up an off the cuff remark by lying this issue is so important the Secret Service has contacted Trump, then Lemon of CNN completely losing his mind when someone with experience in such matters, calls the idea that Trump had made a threat of violence against Hillary, laughable (which it is).

How Left Tries to De-humanize the Right

History is replete with racists and bigots that have matured and grew spiritually to renounce their bigotry. However there is simply not a case for the reverse; one would have to look far and wide to find a group  that was a champion of civil rights and suddenly became bigoted toward the same group; the concept is absurd. But that is exactly what the Democrats preach when they claim the Republicans turned racist as a political ploy to take the South from the newly marketed champion of the black man during the 60's. But just prior to the 1960's is was the Democrats that eviscerated the 1957 Civil Rights Act, that was supposed guarantee blacks the right to vote. from Wikipedia;

It wasn't just enough for Democrats to claim they were now champions of the black man, they had to villainize the Republicans to make it believable and Saul Alinsky provided the frame work for this;  “charging that so-and-so is a racist bastard and then diluting” this “with qualifying remarks such as ‘He is a good churchgoing man, generous to charity, and a good husband,’” one convicts oneself of “political idiocy”.  The winning strategy is to “pick the target, freeze it, personalize it, and polarize it”; in this case Republicans are always the "establishment" regardless who is actually in charge; this is one reason the left can charge the right with racism, misogynism, homophobia with apparent impunity as they claim of ownership of victimism; where the right sees victimism a transitory stage to overcome, the left  fosters a permanent victim class from which it creates a power bloc. Alinsky says The reason for villainization of ones opponent is "Men will act when they are convinced that their cause is 100 per cent on the side of the angels and that the opposition [is] 100 per cent on the side of the devil.” Even though the Republicans have had a 100 year head start in civil rights, the left must create a narrative fed by revisionist history to demonize them.

Do you notice the left never has a civil conversation with the right? This is also an Alinsky tactic, because any conversation with your opponent will humanize them. The end game of the left is collectivism and the real distribution of wealth is not to the middle class, but from the today's rich to the watchers of socialism. But collectivism is a hard sell, so instead they offer more than they can possibly deliver; later down the road when the left can not deliver on their promises, the right is blamed for obstructing the unattainable. The true weakness to Alinsky it is his tactics never leads to a solution; it's the unraveling the fabric of society solely for it's own purpose.

The Democrats Triple down on Man Made Global Warming

March in Santa Cruz appears to be the evangelizing  Man Made Global Warming (MMGW) month. Just in our little town there has been a UCSC Climate Conference and  three letters in the Sentinel; plus in Washington DC a Talkathon planned by Democrats (thank you Barbara Boxer; is it any wonder that the electorate doesn't care about Global Warming, but the Democrats are shoving it down the electorates' throats rather than tackling real problems like unemployment and the national debt, or try and fix our healthcare system that ObamaCare has destroyed) and it's only the 9th!. But the electorate  has  woken up to some facts that cast doubt on this government funded dogma ;there has been no global warming in the last 17 years, which also discredits every computer model offered up by the UN.

You also have the inconvenient untruth of Al Gore's predictions, that by 2013 the polar waters would be free of ice;  nope, the ice still there and actually grew by 60% from the previous year  (I would say that it is a record amount but the Arctic ice has only been documented since 1979, so who knows if it's much of a record or not). When Gore gives his MMGW presentations he continually showed graphs that reversed the known phenomenon that when the oceans are warmed they release C02; instead his graphs shows C02 levels warming the oceans. He used to shrug it off saying is was a typo, but this typo continued to show up and now he will not debate any of his scientific rhetoric.  There is also the fact that the research papers that supported Michael Mann's hockey stick graph (which fueled the recent MMGW doomsday-sayers) seems to have disappeared (lost somewhere in my office says Mann), which is really okay, because his hockey stick graph has been completely discredited (even by Mann himself), even though he still says the science is good.

The MMGW also love to use climate and weather interchangeably, or invent new terms and theories to explain the failure of their computer models, as long as it's in their favor. Hot weather in the 90's proved global warming, cooling weather in the 2000-2014 proves Climate Change. The last glacial period was about 10-12000 years ago, so it's quite evident that the climate has gotten warmer; but the nature of the climate covers 10,000's of years, not hot or cold periods of weather that have occurred or a few hundred years. 2013 had the lowest instance of Atlantic hurricanes sine 1982, 2013 also shattered the record for fewest US tornadoes and forest fire activity plummeted to 1987 levels. There is also the 2013-2014 record cold wave that effected Canada and the Northern US (Rocky Mountains to the Atlantic coast).  Current computers say that MMGW will cause climate change, that will increase the amount of rain in California, which of course is in the middle of a drought (but that didn't stop President Obama from blaming the drought on MMGW). The drought and rain patterns for California are likely the result of repeating weather patterns refereed to as El Niño and El Niña. The current condition, El Niño historically causes higher temperatures and drought conditions, the colder and rainy weather is the result of El Niño. These two weather patterns have repeated and have been observed over time, so scientists can reasonably predict their appearance and effects on the weather.    

One of the most  the often false claim is that there is overwhelming evidence that MMGW exists. The truth is there is no evidence at all that MMGW exists; all there are is observations based on an unknown norm and computer models that churn out inaccurate predictions.The claim that C02 retains heat is the basis for MMGW is the result of the worse of proxy science; if MMGW exists then C02 is the only viable element that could account for it; in other words you first need the predisposition that there is MMGW and then claim it's the result of C02 levels. But even that isn't working out for the zealots. The levels of C02 have been increasing considerably since the beginning of the new millennium, but temperatures  have remained flat; so where is the heat that should be caused by all this C02? Well the zealots now say it's hiding somewhere in the oceans; they don't know exactly where, but they know it's there because the whole belief system of MMGW depends on it. But we are assured that the science of MMGW is settled, which makes MMGW the only settled science known to man.

What's obvious is, the planet be damned, the Democrats and other oppressive regimes have an end game of carbon taxes and control over the actions of all humanity.  Global Warming has simply morphed into a state sponsored religion with cult leaders that demand you, ignore the doubters, pay your carbon taxes or there will be another great flood.

2014 More Democrat Mis-information to Come

As I wrote in the past, the Democrats own ObamaCare lot, stock and barrel and have had complete control of it's structure and rollout; but this has not stopped the Democrats for somehow trying to blame the Republicans for it's failings, ObamaCare is Flawed Because of the Republicans. What? and expect to see more of the same in 2014; and since this will threaten the 2014 midterms for the Democrats, expect it will become very ugly.

While it appears ObamaCare was preparatory for singlepayer (socialized medicine), the Democrats biggest fear is the roll out of ObamaCare was so much worse than they expected (it was meant to be a failure, but not this bad) that the citizenry will see the government is simply incapable running of their heathcare period; this regardless of Medicare which is quickly collapsing under it's won weight. Since their lies show they have never really been concerned about affordability and quality of the healthcare of the citizenry, their only concerned right now is how to blame this debacle on the Republicans. This has been problematic as the Republicans been united in their opposition to ObamaCare. The only tactic for the Democrats has been to blame the Republicans opposition to ObamaCare for it's failure. The main street media have obliged by publishing articles like this Professor Blames Southern White Radicals for ObamaCare Debacle that claim the failure of ObamaCare was due to Southern White Radicals (racist). You also see that the Republican House has voted to repeal ObamaCare near 40 times. The problem with this reasoning is Republicans have been unable to affect the roll out one iota, as they simply don't have the votes to do anything to slow down, defund, change, or affect ObamaCare in any way shape or form. But expect to see more of this, as all the Democrats have is lies and misinformation.
