Accusations and Investigations Looking for an Undefinable Crime

 Prior to Trump becoming President, he like many Presidents before him reached out to other countries and their leaders so they could understand what positions and policies they would have to contend with. This is not any attempt to usurp the authority of the President, it is simply taking advantage of the 2 months between the election and swearing in of a new President.  These so called back channel network are very common (what to you think the Russian "red phone" is?), it's very likely Obama had one to Russia, the UN, Germany, Saudi Arabia (and quite probably Iran for his secret treaty negotiations) as Obama was probably the most secretive and leak paranoid President the US has ever had). There is no ethical or criminal violation of the law, as there only purpose is to screen out Intelligence players to prevent the leaks that have become so prevalent. It is the speculated nefarious purposes of such a network (even though it appears it was never followed through with) from the secretive informants, that is the fake news. Obviously there has been an avalanche of  fake news, many of which have been debunked, including the Russian (golden shower) dossier, that Comey asked for more resources for his investigation from DOJ before we has fired by Trump, which was debunked by then Deputy Secretary of the FBI, Andrew McCabe; and it is “Totally false,” from DOJ spokesman Ian Prior and from Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein "I want to address the media claims that the FBI asked for additional resources for the investigation of Russian interference in the 2016 election. I'm not aware of any such request. (Comey would have needed to go to Congress for more resources, not DOJ). Speaking of Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein, unnamed sources said he wanted to resign as a result of Trump saying he based the firing of Comey based on his uncomplimentary report; something Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein also denied.

There is also fake news from again "unidentified sources" that the FBI investigation  into Russian interference was zeroing in on Trump; again a named source, Andrew McCabe told Trump the media coverage of the FBI investigation was very overstated or a fabrication; Trump also said then FBI head Comey told him he was not a subject of their investigation, something Comey has not denied.

The media is now directing an attempted coup to to try and remove President Trump, using the same tactics and have the same goals they accused the Russians of; the goals are to undermine public faith in the US democratic process, and denigrate Trump. Not to be burdened down with responsible reporting (during the Nixon investigation, the Washington demanded that all the information be verified by at least three people, who where both named and quoted; today it is any information from unnamed sources or not, that is designed to show collusion between Trump and Russia. The media then reports this unverified information as factual (accept for a disclaimer buried in the article that that  no evidence has been found the shows any collusion between Trump and Russia).  Not only that, the media can not even even describe what is was the Russians needed from Trump, to aid them with their so called "interference" in the 2016 election; it's not as if Trump could supply the Russians with intelligence they didn't already have or help with hacking computers or even increase access to social media; nothing that the media has claimed led to the defeat of Hillary Clinton in the 2016 Presidential election. In other words we are dealing with the media claiming nefarious actions by Trump, but they still can't explain what Trump brought to the table with his so called collusion (or example of what Trump could have possibly done to aid the Russians in hacking the election), nor can they even define how the collusion would have resulted in the loss of the election. The result is accusations and investigations looking for an undefinable crime. 

American Values vs Middle East Refugees

Recently some have questioned what exactly are American values. . American values are based in our founding documents; there is probably not an American that at one time has not said "this is a free country". We are also a country of indivual rights; that all men are created equal (endowed with rights that can not be taken away by a government). We are a country of laws, not men and of course what has been coined the Protestant work ethic; in our free country self generated hard work, discipline, frugality and delayed gratification is the key to success and godliness. Like any moral code we often fall short, but as long as we strive toward such lofty goals, we will continue to get closer.

The vast majority of those coming from middle east countries are not immigrants; they are refugees, with no desire to assimilate into American jurisprudence . When the Syrian and Libyan refugees (most are military aged men that don't want to be forced into service with ISIS) are questioned, about a quarter back the mission of ISIS and over 95% prefer Sharia law over the American Criminal Justice system. Many of these refugees, when they settle in non-Muslim countries want to live in segregated communities ruled by Sharia law, and while other countries are welcome to do what they want, this is not possible in America, as it is in direct contradiction to the Constitution and our system of Criminal Justice. Further. "these seven nations were not chosen at random. They were all singled out as exceptional security risks in the Terrorist Prevention Act of 2015 and its 2016 extension. In fact, President Trump’s order does not even name the seven countries. It merely refers to the sections of U.S. Code that were changed by the Terrorist Prevention Act". The fact is there is a reason these countries were named as provocateurs of terrorism and just becasue they have not yet murdered anyone in the US yet, does not mean the terrorists from these countries have not wreaked havoc and murdered in other countries. And while some have questioned the nature of the roll out of President Trumps "extreme vetting", US intelligence, ICE and Homeland Security have said that this type vetting has been too long over due.

Speaking of Criminal Justice, there is nothing that President Trump has done that is in any way illegal. It was Obama that continually talked with contempt about the Constitutional restrictions of the Executive Branch, including the separation of powers. The reason President Trump can so easily strike down the legacy of Obama is becasue he never used the rule of law to create his policies, rather he attempted to rule by fiat with Executive Actions; and what was created by Presidential decree, can just as easily be revoked by Presidential decree. As a matter of fact, much of what President Trump has done is to demand by EA that currently laws be enforced, rather than be ignored as was done by Obama's EA. Yet you have Democrats that will insist that any policy they don't like must be illegal, and even more absurd, that the enforcement of current law is unconstitutional; you just can't make stuff like this up! No one would believe such things would occur in the real world (until it does).

Politico and the Political Left has Fabricated a Political Assassination Against Ben Carson

Politico and the political left has fabricated a political assassination against Ben Carson. First the Politico says Carson’s campaign had admitted he "fabricated" a "full scholarship" from West Point. When Carson pointed out that there was no such admission, they had to change their heading. All Ben Carson ever said was he met with General Westmorland and was offered a "full scholarship," but decided not to apply. He is equally clear in stating that he chose NOT to do so because he wanted to go to medical school instead. Politico than goes on about there was no record that he applied?? Well of course there was no record he applied because as he said, he didn't apply.  Further Policito pushes the point that Carson never applied to West Point so he never was offered a scholarship even though Carson said he was told he would get a scholarship IF he applied. He is very clear on that point. Still Politico keeps the spin going by claiming there is no record that Ben Carson was offered a full scholarship, ignoring the fact that all candidates generally know going in, that West Point  gives all cadets a full scholarship if they are accepted, as West Point is paid for by American taxpayers (something a 17 YO from Detroit may not have known at the time so it surely would have sounded like an offer of a scholarship); graduates of West Point must serve 5 years of active service as a condition for their free education. Carson never said he applied to West Point; he said he was offered a scholarship (apparently he did not know at the time that no one pays tuition for West Point), but never applied; you will notice that none of the media making the accusation actually shows the statement printed in his book, because the accusations are false.

As someone posted on a blog I follow,  "..if I had a conversation with General Westmoreland and he basically said look..I like you, I've heard good things about you from your SAI (Sergeant at Arms) and you have great grades--if you want to go to the (West Point) I can make that happen...(meaning he would sponsor the appointment; all cadet applicants are sponsored by a political figure or high ranking military officer)--then I would have no issues with someone claiming they had a scholarship opportunity to West Point even if I never applied or took the physical ... Civilians use the wrong terminology all they time when it comes to military stuff. It may be technically incorrect but the substance of the statement is easy enough to understand. Its not emphatically deceptive in any subjective context.  This is akin to saying you were looking into joining the army because they offer to pay for your education, but decided not to go; and someone later accuse you of fabricating the story, saying you are lying because you never applied to join the Army.


The final fabricated issue was, according to Gen Wesmorland's secretary, the meeting with Ben Carson did not happen on Memorial Day 1969 as Ben Carson said, however Westmorland's secretary confirmed Westmoreland was in Detroit 3 months earlier than  Memorial Day 1969 and had a meeting that was exactly as Ben Carson described; is it beyond belief that Ben Carson recalling a meeting 30 years before, might be off on the date by a couple of months. This is nothing more than a racists attempted character assassination by the left that has absolutely no basis..(it's interesting that all this information is contained within the Politico article, but is spun in a way that makes if look like Ben Carson has been

The Biggest Lie of 2014; "Hands up, Don't shoot";

In 2013 the biggest lie of the year was, "If you like your health-care plan, you can keep it." The biggest lie in 2014 has got to be, "Hands up, don't shoot." From the very beginning the Ferguson narrative that a seasoned veteran police officer murdered a unarmed suspect that was surrendering simply didn't pass the smell test. This narrative was first perpetrated by several questionable witnesses and soon after the autopsy results put  "Hands up, don't shoot" in a very questionable light; predictably however the main street media ran with the story and police Officer Darren Wilson and the Ferguson Police Department became ground zero for police violence against blacks. This also attracted the likes of  race-baiter  Al Sharpton, who continues to monetarily profit by stoking the fires of racism and black vicitimism. Well the DOJ report is in and it categorically refutes the  "Hands up, don't shoot" narrative, placing Michael Brown as instigator and controller of his own destiny. The left then adds insult to injury by claiming blacks have a right to the false narrative because of the discrimination they have experienced at the hands of the police; that it is the fault of the police that the false narrative was embraced. It would seem that the police internal affairs have enough trouble trying to investigating what might be real claims of police misconduct, then have to defend themselves from imaginary police conduct.

 "According to these witnesses, who are corroborated by blood evidence in the roadway," the inquiry states, "Wilson fired at Brown in what appeared to be self-defense and stopped firing once Brown fell to the ground...There is no evidence upon which prosecutors can rely to disprove Wilson's stated subjective belief that he feared for his safety,'' the report concludes. DOJ Ferguson Inquiry; Another interesting point is the majority of honest witnesses that testified to the truth had been constantly threatened to lie and maintain the falsehood of the "Hands up, don't shoot" narrative. The left, in league with the main street media has made an art form out of fabricating narratives and stoking the fires of racial unrest. Who can forget the New York Times describing George Zimmerman a white Hispanic, in order to make the Trayvon Martin shooting a black/white issue; and NBC alters a 911 audio tape to make it sound like George Zimmerman was a racists. It's no great secret that a large percentage of American blacks have been relegated to live in isolated black identified neighborhoods that offer more violence, weaker schools and fewer jobs than  whites of the same economic class; and this is where black cognitive dissidence  comes in. Democrats have continually given blacks nothing more then lip service, keeping them marginalized by maintaining their victim mentality and taking for granted the black voting block while they turn their attention to Unions and court liberal rich political donors.

The big lie from the left is how the police discriminate against blacks and due to institutional racism the black man can not succeed in America today. While racism has not disappeared, the police still go where the crimes are being committed and socioeconomic reality of blacks is they commit more crimes than whites. It is not racism that holds the black community down, it is the result of the systematic destruction of the black family and the left passing off black crime as acceptable civil disobedience (not to mention the misogyny of gangster rap) .  If you’re going to correctly compare the rates at which police kill black and white male teenagers, you have to compare teenage crime rates. You can’t just compare crime rates among the entire black and white populations. The rate that these teenagers commit murder, not including rape and other less serious crimes, also provides a somewhat better measure of the perceived threat that they might pose to police...Among blacks, teenage crime is much more prevalent. Based on the most recent available FBI crime numbers, black male teenagers were nine times more likely to commit murder than were their white counterparts. That’s right, nine times, and the gap in these urban areas is undoubtedly even larger  Dangerous Distortions of Cops Shooting Blacks. Instead the left continues to forward the "Hands up, don't shoot" fallacy; that young unarmed black men are being routinely murdered by the police, when the fact is it's a very rare occurrence; in a country of 300 million people, one might be surprised to learn that the number of (ruled) justifiable killings by police (which is the vast majority) is usually less than 400. So, considering the social and racial damage done,  the attempted coercion of witnesses to lie and the fact that the powers that be knew it was a false narrative, "Hands up, don't shoot" is certainly the leading candidate for the biggest lie of 2014.

The Truth will Stop Liberalism

There is a truism that says if you want to make a conservative mad, tell a lie; if you want to make liberal mad; tell the truth. We are now seeing this truism play out, and in this case it's the truth about the lies that are fundamental to liberalism. "You can keep your plan if you like it." Nine words that has stopped President Obama and liberalism in it's tracks. It is well known that most Americans did not like President Obama's policies, but the left leaning main street media was so overboard in it's villainization of the Bush administration, that the people voted for hope and change. And even though the President proceeded to go back on practically every promise he made, he was somehow insulated from theses policies and the American people by in large still trusted Obama. Liberals exist on misplaced trust, so when the average Americans personally felt the pain and experienced the loss of their own health Insurance, and it became clear Obama and the Democrats in Congress had knowingly lied about ObamaCare, they finally realized they had been scammed. And with trust gone, the hubris of liberalism is laid bare for all to see.

Beware the Extreme Libertarian; the Joke that is MSNBC

What Joseph McCarthy and the House of Un-American Activities Committee is to Conservatives, the Southern Poverty Law Center is to Liberals. The SPLC played an important role in investigating the Klu Klux Klan, but as the white supremacist movement has slowed to a relative trickle in the US, the SPLC has stooped to declaring and any and all patriotic organization as racists, including the Family Research Center, Tea Party, Oath Keepers, Libertarians, returning veterans, gun owners and Ron Paul Supporters.

 The SPLC has been criticized for using hyperbole and overstating the prevalence of hate groups to raise large amounts of money. In a 2000 Harper's Magazine magazine article, Ken Silverstein said that Dees has kept the SPLC focused on fighting anti-minority groups like the KKK, whose membership has declined to just 2,000, instead of on issues like homelessness, mostly because of the former issue makes for more lucrative fundraising. The article also claimed that the SPLC "spends twice as much on fund-raising--$5.76 million last year--as it does on legal services for victims of civil rights abuses." Harper's also pointed out that more than 95% of hate crimes are committed by lone wolves without any connection to militia groups the SPLC speaks . In other words, if the SPLC doesn't find a hate group under every rock, it will start to loose funding. wikipedia

The SPLS has also become a darling of the left, using the tactic embraced by liberals of attacking a group that has a political view different from theirs by declaring  they are racists (always without any proof what so ever). There has never been any validity to any of these claims as  most of the conservatives groups mentioned (and many more than exist in the US) have never been associated with violence of any kind and have bee self policing to remove any fringe elements. As a matter of fact, it is the liberal groups that have latched onto violence and intimidation to try and extinguish any dissenting  voices.  The SPLS has joined the left claiming any group the opposes a against a strong central government and the destruction of privacy  rights, or advocates for nation sovereignty or the individual rights articulated in the US Constitution as terrorists and racists and is decidedly anti-Christian.

Imagine if you will a Saturday Night Live parody of MSNBC, were Southern Poverty Law Center’s Mark Potok is interviewed by MSNBC in an attempt to somehow prove  the their initial claims that the Boston Marathon bombings was the result of right wing extremists; in this case Extreme Libertarian group (an  imaginary extremist  group  manufactured by the SPLC). When it turned out that  Tamerlan and Dzhokhar Tsarnaev were actually extreme Islamic terrorists associated with the ultra violent Chechnya rebels. But not to be deterred MSNBC and the SPLC  laughably uses the Six Degrees of Kevin Bacon to somehow connect the Tsarnaev's with their Extreme Libertarian group (the SPLC created this imaginary group as they pondered a race war in the US where a violent out growth of the Tea Party links up with al Queda at the Mexican border and reeks havoc; one visualizes a bunch of overweight  senior citizens in colonial costumes setting off red, white and blue suicide bombs and yelling "Git-r-done!". So, in amongst the jihad/terrorists/anti-Semitic they found Tamerlan Tsarnaev was a “fan”  conspiracy theorists of Alex Jones and somehow theorized Jones as simultaneously extreme right wing, extreme libertarian and racists.The real comedy here is this was no parody. Mark Potok then interjects his revisionist history (a very common tactic of the left) trying to blame the current patriot movement and Tea Party on the election of our first black President so they can label them racists. This completely ignores the patriot movement that intensified under the Clinton administration that was primarily a reaction to the Federal Assault Weapons ban; this Janet Reno/Federal attack on the 2nd Amendment resulted in the atrocities at Waco, Ruby Ridge and the Oklahoma City bombing. You also have the the beginnings of the Tea Party protesting federal spending deficits and tax increases in the 1990's and by 2001 Tea Party tax protestors were sending tea bags to their representatives on April 15. It is generally accepted that rather than a reaction to a black president, it was  the bailouts of banks by the Bush and Obama administrations that triggered the Tea Party's rise in 2008, with the overriding issue of Washington tuning out the voices of the common citizen.

MSNBC Parodies Itself
 Perhaps the summer lull is to blame for Now’s decision to broadcast a segment about racial animus motivating the American right in for umpteenth time. Perhaps it is a psychological compulsion. No matter. To summarize the predictable segment below, Potok alleged that the Tsarnaevs were motivated to their bloody act of terrorism by Jones’ unhinged rants. This led the panel to decry the rise of racism in America which has followed the political ascension of President Barack Obama.

It has gone beyond it's stated purpose " a nonprofit civil rights organization dedicated to fighting hate and bigotry, and to seeking justice for the most vulnerable members of society", and has now declared itself the morale compass of America, who's sole purpose seems to demonize the US Bill of Rights and any organization that believes in patriotism, asserts their freedoms derived from the US Constitution/Bill of Rights and or opposes their worldview that the populace needs to relinquish all individual rights and national sovereignty in the name of forced equality and social justice. 

The Purpose of Guns is Not to Kill People

An interesting truth that is often ignored even by those that are gun advocates, is that guns are designed to stop people from whatever they are doing, not kill them. Granted, in the process of stopping them you will likely kill them and the very act of firing a weapon is an act where the use of deadly force needs to be justified,  but killing the suspect is rarely the intended purpose. Now I'm not saying this because I think one should shoot to wound, I am saying this because if the average citizen or even police officer shoots and wounds a suspect, and the suspect is then no longer a threat, practically none will walk up on the wounded suspect and finish them off; is killing the suspect was the purpose they would! The police are taught to shoot at the center of mass at a human silhouette target. This is not because shooting a person center of mass has a greater probability of killing a human target, but because shooting center of mass increases the probability of hitting a human target, thus increasing the probability of stopping a suspect. The left has based all it's anti-gun rhetoric that all guns have one purpose; to kill. That even target shooters are only honing their skills for hunting and/or killing; never mind that of the 100 million gun owners in the US, only 37.7 million have participated in hunting of some kind. Therefore the idea that gun is actually a tool to stop someone from doing harm usually results in extreme responses. This Thursday I called KSCO and talked with Mark Silverman who had as a guest West Holts, from California Gun Talk. My call was in response of an incredibly stupid remark by Silverman. Silverman was discussing an incident where a female shot a male intruder 5 times with a handgun and the intruder survived. Silverman then said since the female didn't kill the suspect with 5 rounds there would be no reason for her to have a large capacity magazine, the impetus being since the only purpose of a gun is to kill people, the victim had somehow failed to protect herself because she didn't kill the intruder and would not need more ammunition if there were more intruders because she had already shown she wouldn't be able to kill them. When I said that she had accomplished her goal by stopping the intruder from doing her harm, which is the same reason a police officer uses deadly force, to stop someone from committing a violent act. At this Silverman cut me off, stated off the cuff that the police are not taught to shoot at knees and hung up on me; expect this result from the left because it is poison to their script..

When deadly force is justified, to sole purpose is to stop the perpetrator; whether it results in the perpetrator's death or not is really inconsequential.

More Democratically Skewed Polls

This blog is a continuation of a previous blog of mine  Lies, Damn Lies and Opinion Polls

A recent article at the examiner.com , shows how CNN skewed their most recent poll the show President Obama 53% to Romney 46%. Lets start out with some facts. The way likely voters stack up is approximately 35.4% Democrat, 34% Republican, 35.4% Unaffiliated. So what was the break down of the CNN poll? 50.4 Democrat, 45.4 Republican and 4.2 unaffiliated (no that not a typo, 4.2%!). If the under-sampling and over-sampling are accounted for, suddenly the numbers are reversed; Romney 53% to Obama 46%.

 In another poll by washingtonpost.com resulted in register voters for Obama 55%/ Romney 40%; likely voters was closer with Obama 49%/ Romney 48%. But when one looks at the skewed sampling it once again shows a Democrat bias; 33% Democrat/ 23% Republican/ 37% unaffiliated. Once again the Republicans are under-sampled leaving results similar to the CNN poll after the skewing was accounted for.

The reason for these skewed polls is the belief by the liberal media that unaffiliated voters will vote for whom ever the polls show is going to win. It is a patronizing concept that has failed every time it is tried; but like socialism, the left is tied to failed belief systems and always thinking that if they can manipulate the citizenry to go in a direction they really don't want to go, they'll get it right next time.

Why liberals have to lie Part 7; George Zimmerman

Once again we faced with the adage if you want to make a Liberal made tell the truth.

Much has been said about the George Zimmerman /Trayvon Martin shooting with it's racism overtones. It should be noted however that Zimmermen has called 911 on over 40 occasions (over 8 years) on various race people that were suspicious in his mind, but only this one ended tragically. It is also obvious left is investing all their energy in trying to disprove Zimmerman's account, by simply fabricating worse case scenarios that Zimmerman is a racist who hunted down and executed Martin; a scenario that has absolutely no basis what so ever.

Media has created Trayvon controversy
Arlette Lees writes that "if Trayvon Martin had been white and George Zimmerman been black, Zimmerman would have been portrayed as the big black bully who killed a little white boy armed with nothing but candy.' " Wrong. If that had been the scenario the article would never had made it past the Sanford Herald Newspaper, which it shouldn't have anyway. The liberal media that controls the news of this country loves to pounce on black/white issues to create controversy. And once again they did it big time, by stirring up the black population of the country with an incident that has yet to be proven to be a race issue.

Blame the liberal media? Of course!
As predicted, the conservative response to injustice, racial profiling, and the killing of an innocent boy is to blame the "liberal media." Elwin Haddix claims that if the victim had been white and the killer was black the story would not have made it out of the Sanford Herald newspaper. Firstly, as a proud Liberal, I must confess, I agree with Elwin here, but of course for a different reason: Indeed, it would not be in the national spotlight because the killer would have been arrested and justice would have been pursued. The facts: A paranoid wannabe cop he made numerous calls to 911, armed with an automatic weapon, hunted down a 17 year-old boy and executed him. Self-defense? Really? Who followed whom with a loaded gun? Secondly, mainstream media liberal? Look at our local media and which corporate interests own most media outlets.


Next was another exchange regarding NBC editing the Zimmerman 911 tape specifically to make Zimmerman look like a rasicts. On another blog this is what was said (I also responded but the second response was so much better than mine, I decided to use it instead.

Poster #1 Assuming all the above is true (that NBC edited the 911 tape), according to the link you posted, NBC has also acknowledged this crap and is investigating it. I can count on one nutsack how many times Fox News has admitted a screwup and investigated it and I'll still have room to spare.

Poster #2 NBC edited (the) tape to make it sound racist to ignite an already troubling event. That is the lowest form of douchebaggery I have witnessed in my lifetime. Sorry but NBC takes the cake on this one. That is a complete lack of integrity and violates the rights of Zimmerman to a fair trial and even puts his life in danger. NBC did the same type of thing to the security guard that found the explosive device a while back. If I recall he sued them and won an undisclosed settlement. Bias is one thing (FOX) but outright deceit in editing to manipulate and misdirect is completely unacceptable. I don't care who you are or what side your on, the actions by NBC in this incident should infuriate you to the point of writing them and telling them this type of BS has to stop. (I couldn't have said it better and I tried)

Trying to tie it all together I sent this to the Sentential.

The left has gone crazy trying to disprove Zimmerman account of the Martin shooting. As usual they are creating scenarios that are not based in reality. The left cries out that Zimmerman was a paranoid wantabe cop that called 911 40 times! What’s not mentioned is this occurred over 8 years! That’s a watchful neighbor calling the police 5 times a year on suspicious subjects in the neighborhood and in all those incidents with suspicious subjects of all colors, there were no violent incidents? Why was this incident different? The left says Zimmerman hunted down Martin with an automatic weapon and executed him. Really? Even if Zimmerman has a machine-gun, which he did not, he only fired the one round that tragically killed Martin. All the known evidence and witness statements show the incident occurred as Zimmerman said and Martin attacked him as he was walking away. Still ABC News releases a tape proclaiming Zimmerman had no injuries, then had to back peddle and admit there were. NBC tampered with the 911 tape and released it as news; but now they're looking into it as if they have no idea how it could have happened (obviously this is a stall so they can come up with some believable damage control; good luck with that). All that’s obvious here is the left is once again telling one lie after another to manufacture facts that to fit their agenda. Nothing new here..
